Enjoy the clear pond! Go fishing, (catch & release only, please) or take a leisure ride on the paddle boat. Enjoy an evening under the stars, by the large fire pit.

Rates are based for up to 4 adults, (children under 18 are FREE).
$15 additional per day for each extra adult, to a max of 8 occupants per rental period.
High Season Rates: Weekly: 580.00
Weekend- Fri, Sat & Sun til 2 pm: 320.00
Sun-Thur: 100.00 per night
Low Season Rates: Weekly: 550.00
Weekend- Fri, Sat & Sun til 2 pm: 300.00
Sun-Thur: 100.00 per night
High Season: May 15 to Sept 6
Low Season: Sept 7 to May 14
Check In Time: Mon-Fri 3:00 pm Sunday 5:00 pm
Check Out Time: Mon-Fri 12:00 pm Sunday 2:00 pm
No Saturday check-in for weekly rental

Deposit of 1/2 of rental required to secure reservations, remainder due upon arrival. Cash, Cashiers Checks, Travelers Checks or Money Orders Only. No Personal Checks Please.
We also accept credit cards through PAY PAL.
Cancellation Policy: Reservations canceled prior to 30 days from arrival date will be accessed a $25.00 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival date will forfeit their deposit.
Security Deposits: Based on up to 4 adults, there is a Refundable $150 damage/cleaning deposit required upon arrival. For each adult over the four, there is an extra $25 refundable deposit per adult. All REFUNDABLE security deposits will be mailed out within one week of
departure upon satisfatory inspection/condition of rental.
Pets allowed up to 2 (Dogs Only) with
$25.00 non-refundable cleaning fee.
