We take Visa/MasterCard (2.6% convenience fee is added).
$750 deposit due at the time reservation is made. Deposit will be returned within 14 days of departure, less $175-250 cleaning fee.
Rental fee is due 45 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations received 30 days or less from the arrival date shall be subject to a $500 cancellation fee and 50% of the rental fee.
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
Additional charge for more than 6 people.
Additional charge for pets.

The T-Street Beach House offers two bedrooms and one bathroom, brand new bamboo flooring, top-of-the-line linens and appliances, private kitchen and laundry, large viewing deck and a private yard. The beach house is equipped with televisions, DVD player, VCR, CD player, AM/FM stereo, movie channels and high speed internet. Brand new décor and furnishings throughout. We've also provided beach chairs, an ice cooler, an umbrella, and beach towels for your days at the beach.
