The Strands Suite is located on the ocean side of Pacific Coast Highway in Dana Point, California. Located in the renowned "Gold Coast" region of South Orange County, "The Headlands" lies just south of the famous Ritz Carlton Hotel and immediately north of Dana Point Harbor.
Just above Southern California's white-sand beaches and one of the state's most famous surfing and boogie boarding beaches, the Strands Suite is the perfect getaway for couples, families, or individuals seeking a little peace and tranquility. We're located very close to several Southern California cities and guests are welcome to explore the many sites offered to them.
Laguna Beach, with fine art galleries and eateries, sits just up the road. Hollywood and San Diego are both equal distances to the North and South and there are several amusement parks nearby including Disneyland and Legoland. There's something for everyone. Please visit us soon, there's something for everyone.

Peak season April - Sept 18 $1200-$1400
Holiday Season $1200-$1400 (All Major Holidays Included).
Daily and Monthly rates are negotiable.
We take Visa/MasterCard (2.6% convenience fee is added).
$500 deposit due at the time reservation is made. Deposit will be returned within 14 days of departure, less $175-250 cleaning fee(depends on group size).
Rental fee is due 45 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations received 30 days or less from the arrival date shall be subject to a $500 cancellation fee and 50% of the rental fee.
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
Additional charge for more than 3 people.
Additional charge for pets.

One bedroom with king size bed, one bath. Queen size sleeper in the living room. Top of the line linens and appliances. Private kitchen and laundry. Private patio with barbecue and patio table. Suite is equipped with two televisions, DVD player, VCR, CD player,

We've also provided beach chairs, an ice cooler, umbrella, and beach
towels for your days at the beach.
