Right on the ocean. Salt Creek Beach Park is across the street and guests of our Southern California beach rental can hear the waves hit or enjoy the passing of an occasional sailboat.
Dana Point's Strand Beach is just a short walk down the stairs which leads to surfing, boogie boarding or a quiet walk along the Headlands area.
Our luxury condo rental is situated on the ocean side of Pacific Coast Highway in Dana Point, California.
Ideally located within 1/4 mile from the world famous Ritz Carlton and their extraordinary Sunday brunches and fine dining cuisine.
To the south, a short walk or drive to Dana Point Harbor and their unique shops and art shows. Fine dining is available in the immediate area.
Beach Rental living quarters include a large flat screen television with entertainment system including DVD,VHS and suround-sound capabilities.
The pleasing dining area will comfortably seat six guests and the modern, gourmet equipped kitchen is stocked with your every need to prepare a fancy private feast or California grill on the private gas barbeque.
Our luxurious accommodations include a king size bed and private bath in the master bedroom. French doors open up to a private patio to enjoy a cool and refreshing morning mist from the Pacific. This is a delightful space to enjoy a morning coffee while you contemplate the day ahead. The guests bedroom features an adjoining bath and private patio, ideal for an afternoon tea or cocktail.

Daily and Monthly rates are negotiable.
We take Visa/MasterCard (2.6% convenience fee is added).
$500 deposit due at the time reservation is made. Deposit will be returned within 14 days of departure, less $175-250 cleaning fee (depending on size of group).
Rental fee is due 45 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations received 30 days or less from the arrival date shall be subject to a $500 cancellation fee and 50% of the rental fee.
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
Additional charge for more than 5 people.
Additional charge for pets.
