Nestled against Bryant Ledge in the heart of the White Mountains of New Hampshire, this home offers a location that can't be beat.
Well, spring is on its way! When you arrive at the house, it doesn't take long to realize that this location is the first step to the most scenic journey through the White Mountains of NH. It's just 15 minutes from Franconia Notch State Park (the former site of the Old Man in the Mountain), 10 min to Loon Mountain and just 20 min to Waterville Valley.
Just a 10 minute walk from behind the house and your on the Pemi River. The Pemi hosts some of the best fishing, swimming, and kayaking in all of NH. Mirror Lake is just down the road, another great place to swimming for the day and maybe have a picnic. This apartment is more like a house itself -- with a huge kitchen/living room set-up, four private bedrooms, and two bathrooms, its a great place to get together. Plenty of private parking is available; and there's a full farmer's porch and BBQ grill. This unit is perfect for large families or a group of friends wanting to get away from the city rush for a while.
