Your villa has a large living area and fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms are fully stocked with linens, toiletries, and towels. In the living area, you will have access to cable television and free local phone service. All of the swimming pools may be heated at extra charge, allowing for a warm dip during cooler Florida temperatures.
We offer 3 & 4 bedroom executive villas with a minimum of 2 bathrooms in each. A 3 bedroom can sleep up to 6 guests and a 4 bedroom sleeps up to 8 guests.

All reservations must be prepaid 30 days prior to arrival of guests. Pre-payment can be made by certified check or credit card payment. Personal checks are not accepted.

Damages:
A $250 security deposit is required by credit card upon check in for damage purposes and will be held for 30 days. Guests are required to report any breakage of or damage to the accommodation and or furnishings to management immediately as well as existing damage upon arrival.
Cleaning Fee:
Check-in / Check out housekeeping service is provided. Daily housekeeping service is available at an additional fee and can be requested at our office. Any reservation less than 7 nights will incur an additional cleaning fee in the amount of $85.00.
