Unit has private hot tub on balcony over looking Pico Peak. Condo development has heated outdoor pool for guest use in summer months only. Dining area has dining table with 8 chairs + bar with 4 stools + high chair. All linens provided. Unit is very family friendly. As unit is 2 stories with stairs, wheelchair or infirm not suggested.
