It is in the gated community of Barrier Dunes and is just a 5 minute walk to an uncrowded private beach. Sand dunes and Sea Oats are the entrance to a wide beach of sugary white sand and the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Barrier Dunes has paved streets, underground utilities, 3 stocked fish ponds for your wee ones fishing enjoyment, playground, clubhouse, gazabo, boat parking, pet stations, boardwalks throughout. Our unit is a three level condo. The ground level has covered parking for two cars, outside storage closet and a separate closet for trash. The front door opens into a small foyer. Upstairs is the LR/DR/Kitchen. The unit was completely remodeled this spring. The living room has a sleeper sofa, love seat, cable TV, large deck. There are hardwood floors on this level. The kitchen has new cabinets/corian counter tops & stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked and even has food storage containers. There is also a bedroom with twin bed & small deck on this level as well as a full bathroom with shower and hairdryer. The next level has two bedrooms, linen closet with beach towels & washer & dryer. One bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and full bath (shower/tub)and hair dryer, two closets, ceiling fan, & clock radio, small deck. The other bedroom has an ultra soft kind size bed by Vera Wang, full bath with shower, ceiling fan, cable TV, deck. All linens are new. The stairs and upstairs has new carpeting.
