Outside there is a back patio equipped with patio furniture and a gas grill to enjoy every gorgeous afternoon with family and friends. For the nights, there is a backyard fire pit to roast marshmallows, hot dogs, and to relax the night away.
Located inside is a real wood burning fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen including a microwave, refrigerator, gas stove, and dishwasher. A washer and dryer is also provided.
Four,up to five, bedrooms; closets in each, three bedrooms provide views of the lake. Comforters and pillows will be provided for; linens are needed. Towels will also be provided for. There is one full bath and two half baths.
The house is located on a quiet road, just walking distance from a local market, several beach night clubs, a nine hole golf course, a local park, and several restaurants. There is beach access less than 100 yards away; the beach is private and secluded. At night waves can be heard to provide a peaceful nights rest.
Nearby attractions include: Evans Town Park, Grandview Golf Course, Lake Erie Beach Park, Evangola State Park, Mickey Rats Beach Club, South Shore Beach Club, Castaways, Connors Hot Dogs, driving range, put-put, batting cages, and go-carts. A short driving distance to: Graycliff Estate, Buffalo Botanical Gardens, Tifft Nature Preserve, Buffalo Zoo, Albright-Knox Gallery, the Historic Erie Canal, Niagara Falls, and several casinos.
