This ideal, beautiful vacation home is located on Marco Island, South of Naples. Typically, you'd fly into Ft. Myers and drive down 50-55 minutes to the Gulf of Mexico south of Naples and north of the Everglades. Your home is located in a very quiet, well-kept neighborhood, close (walking distance) to the YMCA, Mackle Park, the library and Marco Island City Hall. It is 1.50 miles to Residents Beach and the new access point to the beach near the Marriott Hotel. We have three bikes for traveling around the island (a man's, a lady's, and a child's bike).
As you can tell even from these pictures, the house is furnished with island flair and was professionally decorated. It has an extensive set of cooking utensils including gas barbecue, and it features a 2006 thirty-foot long private swimming pool (longer than most pools in Marco Island) with a heat pump keeping the temperature comfortable at 85 degrees. You can sun on the deck or enjoy the wafting breeze on the patio. Linens and towels are included.
The house sleeps six in three bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has a King-size bed and its own bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen-size bed. The third bedroom has two Twins. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom. Also you can sleep eight if you use the sofa-bed in the living room.
There is WiFi Internet Wireless in the house.
