This is a traditional lakeside A-frame camp that has been renovated into a well appointed full sized cottage. Greeting you upon entry into Lakeside Lily’s is a large open combination of living room, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is well appointed with modern appliances, granite counters and a copper topped bar area with stools for socializing. The living room area has a TV with DVD, VCR and Cable as well as comfortable sofa and chairs and even a piano! A sliding glass door goes outside to a screened porch area and a large deck overlooking the large yard and great water views. This property has three bedrooms. The master suite with it own bathroom still shows evidence of the original A-frame. Downstairs there are two bedrooms. One bedroom has 2 twin beds and one bedroom with a full size bed. There is a full bath with laundry as well a sitting area with day bed and woodstove. Outside, at the waters edge, there is a sandy walk in area that’s great for kids as well as a swim float out in the water that is deep enough for diving. Enjoy quiet evenings at the outdoor fire pit. Bring your kayak or rent one of ours for an enjoyable paddle around the pond. This property is great for the 6 person family with younger and older kids. Located near the coast in beautiful Lincolnville, Maine, Coleman Pond is a large body of water with great swimming and fishing. It takes about 15 minutes to be in scenic downtown Camden or 25 minutes to be in the equally beautiful Belfast.
