Comfortable home with 3 bedrooms. Yellow bedroom has a full bed, Blue bedroom has a twin bed and the green bedroom has two twin beds. Day bed in den area totals to sleep six. The living area is the open concept and is spacious. Hardwood floors are in the living room, dining area, kitchen, one bedroom and hallway. Carpeting in two bedrooms. The house sits on a private driveway and parking is plentiful. The deck is huge and has table, chairs, umbrella, lounges and beach chairs.
All the Plum Island restaurants are within walking distance as is the beach that we call the center.
You will find our rental houses to be very clean. I am the owner and live near by and I am available if there is anything that is needed during your vacation time.
The City of Newburyport is a ten minute drive from Plum Island. Check out their web site and their link for Plum Island

Summer 06-27-2009 to 09-12-2009 - $1,250,00
is the weekly rate. For the month of June 2009 the weekly rate is $975.00. From September 12th until the end of September the weekly rate is $975.00.
We then do a winter rental at $1,200 per month plus utilities.
Renting weekly for the off-season at $750.00 for the week and $350.00 for the weekend (upon availability)
