As well as being right on the Seneca Lake Wine Trail and the nearby wineries and vineyards, each cottage offers it's own private seclusion within the Cobtree estate and is surrounded by panoramic views over open fields to the South and West as well as 18 acres of woodlands to the North

When you book your property you will be required to pay the amount due by credit card using our online reservation system. Your reservation is then confirmed in real time. Your credit card will only be charged 50% of the rental amount as a deposit and the balance of 50% of the rental amount will automatically be debited to the same credit card 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday. Note: Short stay rentals of up to 6 nights are subject to sales tax at the prevailing rate.
