Welcome to 115 Brooks. You have just found one of the best spots to stay in Venice. A block from the beach sits these 2 luxury lofts designed to fit the beach lifestyle as well as integrating green amenities, such as bamboo floors and filtered water throughout.

These homes can be rented individually or together. Each home has 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, full kitchen, living room, and dining area.The homes can sleep 2-10 people. Perched above sits a full size roof deck with ocean views, a hot tub, fire pit, day bed, hot outdoor shower, and beautiful potted garden. Really a site to be seen!

    full stainless kitchen, gas range, on demand hot water heater greatly reducing energy consumption, large dining table seats 6+.

    glass vs plastic: glass stemware and vessels used exclusively in the kitchen.

    pure water throughout the house: 6x filtered reverse osmosis drinking water on tap. 3x filtered water in bath, laundry, and sinks, eliminating chlorine.

    recycled rubbish: glass, paper, and plastic are separated for recycling.

    green furniture: natural or recycled woods and fabrics have been used where ever possible, minimizing off-gassing particle board and plastic.
