The first floor consists of a master bedroom with private bath (shower only), additional living room, a full bathroom with shower/tub combo, and a laundry room. The deck overlooking the waterfront on the first floor can be accessed through the living room or the master bedroom.
Additional three bedroom cottage on the lakeside. Recently updated floors, bedding, decor, kitchen, and dining areas. The second level entry is located under the rear covered porch. Two large bedrooms face the lake, and a smaller bedroom with bunk beds is located in the rear. This floor also has a full bath, which features an antique clawfoot tub with shower ring. The first floor has a spacious living room overlooking the lake and a fully furnished kitchen. Located off the front of the cottage is an enclosed sun porch, with door that leads to the lakefront. A picnic table is located in front of the cottage for outdoor dining.
Lakefront consists of 90 feet of breakwall lakefront, just a foot deep at entry. Small 4' natural entry for children.
