Elegant and spacious 4 bedroom home located on a rise above Canandaigua Lake, offering outstanding lakeviews and private lakefront. Just five miles from the new wine and culinary arts center!
Entry into the large, spacious kitchen, complete with modern appliances and small breakfast nook. Formal dining room overlooks the lake and offers seating for 6-8 guests. Oversized living room off the kitchen with cathedral style ceilings, skylights, large windows, and wood fireplace. Beautifully designed master bedroom overlooking the lake, with private entrance to the covered porch. Exceptional design, with gas fireplace and arch windows for abundant lighting. Attached private master bath, with jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and his/her sinks. Located down the hall is a large laundry room, and separate powder room.
The staircase to the second floor leads to a spacious, open balcony with additional sleeping space. One bedroom with two twin beds is ideal for children, for it offers play space as well as sleeping space. The other bedroom offers a queen size bed, balcony overlooking the living room, and direct access to the attached bathroom, complete with shower and separate bathtub.
The property is located on a flat rise above the lake. Off the front of the house is a maintained stone patio overlooking the lake, complete with upscale patio furnishings and a chiminea. Short walk to the lakefront, or drive-there are parking spaces for 2 vehicles at the lakefront. Mooring buoy for your boat, and natural stone breakwall with some natural entry for ideal swimming.
