Ahoy! Seneca Lake "Stowaways" will enjoy this nautically themed ranch style cottage. The perfect getaway for small families, couples, or friends. Pets are welcome!
An open floor plan maximizes every foot of this 700 square foot getaway. Guests walk into a fully stocked kitchen with breakfast bar, and charming newly updated lakeview living room with tv and DVD. The sofa, with pull-out, is brand new in 2007. DVD player and surround sound stereo are available. Nautical blue bedroom with queen bed, tv and DVD. Full bathroom with tub/shower combo has been recently remodeled.
In the Finger Lakes, guests are required to relax and enjoy the scenery, the view from this great deck fits the bill: to the North, an excellent view of Kashong Point, and to the South, a view of Long Point. French doors open to this large, multilevel lakeview deck which provides both a place to shade, and a place to sun. The Lakefront breakwall ensures a level yard at lake level. Picnic table and patio furniture are provided, all guests need to bring is a cord of wood to enjoy the firepit! The dock is permanent and just waiting for guests to throw a pole in, as the area abounds with perch, sunfish and small mouth bass.
