Less than one minute walk to the beach, you can hear the surf from the house! Pet friendly. Bicycles are included. Plenty of parking and patio to relax by the BBQ. Fireplace works on the cool nights, or turn on the central ac/heat. This home has been completely renovated and remodeled. We completely restored it to its original character and charm from the 1920s, yet it is Super clean and all items are brand new in 2006. We are also a few minutes from Clearwater Beach Community Center, which features an Olympic Size swimming pool, water slides, tennis courts, boat slipway and a park. Area: We are close to shops and restaurants. 35 minutes from Tampa International Airport, and 90 minutes from Orlando. Bush Gardens Theme Park in Tampa is only 40 minutes drive.
