This single family, 2100 square foot, home is located on the wide
intracoastal waterway on the beautiful island of Indian Rocks Beach
with a private dock. The home has a pool, Jacuzzi outside, Jacuzzi
bath inside, fireplace, fenced in yard and outstanding views. You
can relax and play in the pool, go boating, fishing, stroll to the
wide sandy beach, only 2 blocks away, or enjoy the abundance of
attractions available just a short hop away. The large living room
has six sliding glass doors, which open out onto the pool deck and
Jacuzzi with incredible views of the waterway. The master bedroom
has two sliding glass doors that open up to the pool, Jacuzzi and
waterway. The kitchen/dining area is well equipped with everything
you will need, and there is a washer and dryer in the garage.
Vacation Rental Amenities
Relax by the pool and watch the boats go by, fish off the dock, or
take a short walk to the beautiful sandy beach to catch an incredible
sunset. It's all within reach! There are so many things to do close
by...a variety of restaurants, shopping, fishing, boating, swimming,
golfing, sightseeing, playing, or just laying back and enjoying
life. This Home is fully furnished and includes outdoor grill,
four televisions, stereo system, cable TV, and Internet access.
Activities and Attractions
Clearwater Beach is just 10 minutes to the north, and John's Pass
Village in Madeira Beach is approximately 10 minutes south. Both
have numerous water activities, beach shops and many unique
restaurants and nightclubs. There is a trolley that runs up and down
the beach to take you anywhere you need to go. Orlando is
approximately 90 minutes with all the theme parks, and Tampa is a
quick 30 minute hop over the bridge for the Airport, Busch Gardens,
Florida Aquarium, Ybor City, Tampa Bay Buccaneers Football (go
Bucs!), and the beautiful newly redeveloped Downtown St. Petersburg
with Bay Walk is about a 20 minute drive. There's swimming,
sunbathing, snorkeling, fishing, golfing, gambling boats, any kind
of restaurant imaginable, shopping, night life, all within walking
distance or a short drive. There is a beach trolley that runs from
Sand Key (Clearwater) to Pass-A-Grille Beach, which is a great way
to relax see all the barrier islands without driving.
