With over 4,500 square feet of living area, this is the perfect home for that well deserved family vacation! It is located in The Salt Pond community, which is located only a short distance to the beach. You have access to pool, tennis and golf too! The master bedroom is located on the first floor and you will find 4 more bedrooms plus a parlor on the second level. The parlor has 2 sofas, TV and small refrigerator and sink. You may also find yourself relaxing on the upper deck and sunporch, which can be reached from the large central hallway. There is a lower deck located off the living area as well as a screened porch which overlooks a lovely backyard and pond. This is a custom built home with wonderful woodwork and stained glass throughout. There is also high speed internet in every room! Friday to Friday rental in 2007.
