Because SRVR is an owner operated RV resort, and not a campground, there are some general park rules that should be carefully considered before making a reservation request:
All reservations must be made and paid in advance. There is no “attendant” on site to check you in.
One motor home or travel trailer of at least 28 ft. in length plus one tow vehicle are allowed per lot. No pop-up campers or tents are permitted.
Occupancy is limited to 4 people unless otherwise approved at time of reservation. Visitors must use the designated Guest Parking sites and leave the park by sunset.
Pets are welcome with prior approval, and additional security deposit.
Fires are permitted in designated rings; however no firewood is sold on site.
Quiet hours are 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
