Newly remodeled second story two bedroom, two bath Condo located in Southwest Flagstaff at the junction of Interstate-17, Interstate 40 and South Highway 89. Come visit Flagstaff at 7,000 feet that sits at the base of the San Francisco Peaks which soar over 12,000 feet.
This home is fully furnished with a Queen bed in one bedroom which also has its own bathroom. The second bedroom has a bunk-bed as well as a single bed with a pullout second single bed. Second bedroom also has its own bathroom. This place is set up well for a family with children.
Kitchen has all amenities including full fridge, microwave, dishwasher, hickory cabinets with granite counters and tile floors. The living room has a couch, Lazy-Boy, TV, with a sliding glass door leading to a partially covered deck. Deck has chairs and a Barbeque. Pets are also negotiable with owner. Located a few miles from downtown Flagstaff, 12 miles to the chairlift at Snowbowl Ski Resort, 25 miles to the enchanting red rocks of Sedona and Oak Creek Canyon. The South Rim of the Grand Canyon is a 75 mile drive, or catch the Grand Canyon Railway train in Williams which is only a 30 mile drive. The North rim is also accessible in the summer time (closed in winter) and is over a three hour drive. Also two hours away is Lake Powell and Lee's Ferry on the Colorado River.
You can stay busy from this central location taking day trips in Northern Arizona. Within walking distance in the neighborhood are parks, ball fields, as well as hiking and biking trails. Catch the urban trail system right outside the condo which will take you all over Flagstaff. This trail is a gravel trail used by many bikers and hikers to get all over town! Come stay in the winter to ski and play in the snow... or enjoy our beautiful 80 F degrees days here in the summer (does not get hot in Flagstaff). Thank you and enjoy!
