The home is 1550 sq feet, fully furnished as it was your own home, TV's and DVD players in all rooms,Satelite TV with movie channels in Master bedroom and living room and a 60 inch big screen in living room as well.Two car garage which renters can use,covered patio,in-ground fire pit(non-gas),(association swimming pool and jacuzzi)within walking distance! This house has every ammenity including an RO system, water softner, washer/dryer, large walk-in snail shower in master bedroom, walk in closet.

Once you have booked this house the deposit and half of the rental amount must be paid before arrival,and the remaining at arrival unless discussed otherwise. Thanks
Cleaning fee $65.00 (required and none refundable)
Refundable Security/Reservation Deposit of $300.00

Cancellation Policy
2 to 4 month rental 45 days notice
1 to 2 month rental 30 days notice
Daily or weekly rental 72 hours notice
