A tastefully remodeled 1930's duplex situated 60 yards from the intersection of West Mary and South 5th streets in the Bouldin area of Central South Austin.
Each bedroom has a queen size bed and a full bath. There are temporary beds and linens for up to 10 people when renting the 3-3. (10 is tight!!)
The property can be leased as a 1-1, 2-2 or 3-3 depending on the availability and the number of people in your party. The 1-1 sleeps 3/4, the 2-2 sleeps 6/7 and the 3-3 a max. of 10.
The property can be reached by Capitol Metro Bus from downtown and Austin Bergstrom International Airport.
Included in each rental is quality coffee, cream, orange juice, milk, bread, butter, eggs, soda and Lone Star beer. We are happy to shop for you if you have any specific requests.
The layout of the property is such that it can be leased as a 1-1, 2-2 or 3-3.
Private, off-street parking, Time Warner broadband internet connection, premium digital TV, AT&T landline with free local calls and answering machine.
Central air and heat, ceiling fans throughout.
Fully equipped kitchen: Gas range, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender etc.
Dining area: Hardwood floors, formal dining table with 6 chairs, ceramic tile breakfast bar with barstools, sliding door leading to a small covered deck.
Living room: Hardwood floors, sofa and loveseat, coffee table, yoga mats, CD player, television.
Bedrooms: Fitted carpets, queen sleigh beds with 100% cotton sheets.
Bathrooms: Ceramic tile floors, full size bathtubs with showers, 100%
cotton towels and wash cloths.
Covered patio: Outdoor patio furniture, washer, dryer, large LPG gas BBQ and charcoal smoker.
Fenced yard: Direct access to living area so you can let the dogs out naked.
Parking: Private, off-street parking for up to 4 vehicles.
The property is in a residential neighborhood and is definitely NOT suitable for all night partying.
Pet's are usually OK by arrangement; there is a fenced yard with direct access from the ground floor rental.

Walk/bike to and around the Ladybird Johnson Lake Hike and Bike Trail. The north side of the trail is 4 blocks from the downtown entertainment district and leads to Zilker Park, Barton Springs pool and Auditorium shores on the south side.
The Capitol Metro Bus to Downtown and all connecting points leaves every 10 minutes during the morning commute and every 15 minutes at other times during the week from the West Mary/south 5th intersection. Last bus from downtown leaves at 11.30pm. Round trip is $1
The Alamo Drafthouse cinema (south) and the Saxon Pub are 1/2 mile away. In between are Austin's Pizza, Suzy's chinese, 3 Tex-Mex restaurants, a Starbucks and some funky stores. Closest watering hole is the Horseshoe Lounge; shuffleboard anyone?
