Breath-taking, elevated, million dollar views of Tonto National Forest and one of the most beautiful views in all of Arizona. The home is just minutes to big city activities yet very quiet except when the coyotes are yapping. It is situated on a 2 1/2 acre parcel and horse facilities are available. Miles of hiking and horse riding trails are one block away.
There is a large, negative edge pool and spa and approximately 2500 feet of thick flagstone patio in the front and back, with stairs leading down to the extra large fire pit with a seating all around. This home has a sauna room, knotty alder cabinets and doors, with rustic hardware throughout. It features a large great room with a gas fireplace and surround sound inside and out on the patio. Pets OK with approval, sorry-no cats.
There are two big screen TVs, a foosball table, darts,and horseshoes. The office has sofa bed and closet for a possible fifth bedroom. Free long distance phone and high speed DSL internet. Guests just love it here.

We had a great time in Arizona and enjoyed the house with its views and
amenities. Cindy and Sherri liked the decorations throughout the house,
while the guys thought the big screen TV, hot tub, and ready access to
golf courses were the most valuable features.

My wife and kids were amazed with the house and view when we arrived

It is with a sad heart that we'll be leaving your beautiful home today. Our
flight out of Tucson is at 6:30 am. With the time change and losing an
hour on the way home, we want to get closer to the airport. We've had
just an unbelievable time. With all the sights we've seen (Sedona, Grand
Canyon), we couldn't wait to get back to this oasis each night. Thank you
for taking the chance on us--8 people including 4 kids--and allowing us
the privilege.

We spent a glorious week at this magnificent home. Thank you to our
gracious hosts, Paul and Jacquie, who were kind and informative
throughout both our planning and stay. This house is far more than a
rental--it truly is a home, and a beautiful, tasteful, spacious one at that.
It had all the comforts of home and more. The setting was as pretty as
any we've seen. The location on the north side of Phoenix made travel to
Sedona and the Grand Canyon much easier. But, we sure looked forward
to getting home and relaxing on the back patio watching the kids play in
the pool. You will not find a better home, a better spot, or a better price
for all that makes up the experience of staying here. We hope it's our
privilege to come back and HIGHLY recommend this to anyone
considering it.

Winding down from a relaxing day. Mark took the 4 children to Scottsdale
for shopping and Grammy & I stayed home for a quiet time in the pool.
Awesome. Your home is wonderful.
We were wondering if Easter time next year is available? We would really
like to have 10 days. 7 is too short, and 14 seems too long for the kids!
Any thought about that? Grammy is so appreciative for this time here and
she loves the location. Grandpa died in November so this is her first time
away. Thank you for having your home available and renting it to Us.
We have loved being here. Our flight tomorrow is around 11:ish am. We
will be leaving for the airport around 9:00 am.

The house was beautiful, and I can't say enough about the view. We had
a great time, took a lot of pictures and are very appreciative of the
privilege of staying there. We are interested in renting it again next year.
We did use the spa 3 or 4 evenings during our stay for 1-2 hours at a
time, but we never heated the pool. It was over 100 degrees every day,
and we relished the cool water.

"When we opened the front door we knew we had made the right decision! The view, the pool, the awesome home was just perfect! We stayed there with our grandchildren for a week and only left 3 or 4 times. One was for our granddaughters graduation. We just loved everything about the home. Everything was there except food and clothes. You don't need anything. The office was very nice, the roomy beautifully decorated home was so comfortable and cheery we didn't want to leave. If you need to sightsee or go shopping it is very convenient to I-17 and shopping but very isolated for that get away feeling. We enjoyed a trail ride in nearby Cave Creek and some short shopping in Carefree. I highly recommend this property for a relaxing vacation in the dry climate of the desert." Wow, did I pay for being gone for a week. I haven't had a chance to take much of a breath since returning. Let me tell ya, the weather was fantastic. We've been doing this for 10 years, and have never run into weather as mild as it was from Friday thru Tues. Wed was the first day that it hit 100+, and that continued on Thurs & Friday, but no complaints…… we had a great time. We weren't even gone before we started talking about next year. I wanted to let you know that we are interested in a three-pete. We hope that you still have the property and will have us back.

We had a great time in your beautiful home. The views and the pool were spectacular. We live in a very urban area...our backyard is probably the size of your pool...so our kids loved exploring your "backyard". As we can see about three stars every night in Oak Park, they were also amazed at the millions we could see at your house. They were also quite excited to learn that two frogs live in your pool every night. Sedona was beautiful, as always, and Lake Pleasant was really fun.
We've been to AZ three times in the past two years for vacation. We're planning on returning next August and would love to stay at your home again. Thanks, again.

Everything was wonderful from the furnishings to the kitchen utensils and beyond. Myself and all my children really enjoyed ourselves. Everything was just great - and very clean. Talked to Gail a couple time and she was very nice.
The weather of course was wonderful and I guess we really missed an awful week here, cold and rainy.
We did go to the Grand Canyon and several museums, Frank Lloyd Wright, and saw some p[etroglyps ( I know I spelled this incorrectly) went to the Outlet shopping center and other sightseeing and shopping., Fun! I enjoyed reading your book about the family settling in New River, forgot the name.
Anyway, Jacquie and Paul, we had such a wonderful time and again, Thank you.

Your house is absolutely spectacular, the view is AMAZING,by far the best place that we've stayed in here in the US. We just love all of your selections on interior finish, in fact, I think it's going to cost me an extra $100,000 on our Mexico house as MIchelle is going around taking notes. I've never seen an electronic pool controller like the way you have. Your instructions are very detailed and I'm sure it put quite a bit of time for Adam to put that together.
