This large four-bedroom, 4.5 bathroom house in east New Providence is perfect for a large family or a group of friends. It sits on a 1.2 acre recently-landscaped property and offers stunning views of the ocean from both the first floor and second floor verandas.
An oversized room contains a king-sized bed and a bunk bed and can easily sleep a family of four. It has an entrance on to the second floor terrace with a beautiful view of the ocean. There is also an ensuite bathroom with a jet tub and separate shower along with two walk-in closets.
The master bedroom contains a king-sized bed, a full ensuite bathroom, an entrance to the second floor terrace, a TV, and a walk-in closet. The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed, one bunk bed, and a full ensuite bathroom. The fourth bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a full ensuite bathroom.
The main floor is tiled throughout. The large kitchen comes with new appliances, including a gas stove, a wine cooler and two refrigerators.
The pool area has been recently landscaped with palm trees and other shrubs to make it very private. The pool itself is over forty feet long and has a diving board.
Other features include digital cable, high speed wireless internet, an XBox, a grand piano and the use of two parking spaces.
The property also includes a barbecue, a gated entrance and a trampoline. There is public access to the ocean across the street for snorkeling and the location is less than ten minutes from Nassau, Paradise Island, and several beautiful beaches. It is also close to grocery stores, tennis courts and the bus line.
The island itself offers many once-in-a-lifetime events, from swimming with dolphins to bonefishing charters to day trips to one of the many out islands. There's horseback riding on the beach, an underwater sea walk, scuba diving and a zoo featuring the famous marching flamingos.
