This is a Brand New house with a private pool & Private Beach Front Palapa. The house is just across the street (only a 7 iron away) from the beach. Rent 2 or 4 bedrooms either way you will have the time of your life!
The 4/2 Br home has a Private Resort like Pool, Private Sandy Beach Lot with Large 9 x 12 Private Beach Front Palapa. The Private Palapa has hammocks and plenty of lounge chairs. Next to the Palapa is a Private 8' table with a flip up top, this is where we store all the beach toys. There you will find boogie boards, floating noodles, snorkel gear, footballs, bocce ball set, shovels and pails for the kids to make sand castles. This is by far the nicest home in the community.
The house is located in a gated community so you can feel safe and secure. This is the only gated community in the Mayan Riviera.
Both houses have an excess of 4,500 square feet living area and a premier view of the Caribbean Sea. These two-story ocean view villas are smoke-free and family-friendly. Perfect for those seeking to get away from it all.

I wanted to thank you for renting your house to us, along with two other couples. It was our first time to this region of Mexico, and we truly enjoyed our trip as well as your house. Even though you created a web site to view your home, we were still a little skeptical of what we might encounter upon arrival. When we arrived, we were all pleasantly surprised at the accommodations and the amenities. From the layout of the home, to the pool, to the private palapa on the beach, it was truly enjoyable.
We found the house to very accessible from the main highway and well situated to visit areas such as Puerto Morelos and Playa del Carmen. We spent most of our time in these two areas, and enjoyed what they had to offer. In addition, we wanted to say the Carlos was a great help in setting up activities for us. He was a great resource to have down there, as well as being a great guy.
We would go back again anytime, but I wanted to take the time and thank you for allowing us to utilize your home in Playa Paraiso. It was a great trip. Thanks
