Why not rent our "home away from home" for your vacation"! Our townhouses offer 2,100 square feet of living space, and are custom decorated in southwest charm. Special features include cathedral ceilings throughout, as well as every convenience for your comfort.
The townhouses are located on a quiet cul-de-sac off Hwy 550N - just ten miles from Durango, with fantastic mountain views backing up to the San Juan National Forest. Watch the Durango-Silverton Narrow Gauge Train chug up the hill behind the house - and wave to the conductor from the master bedroom private deck or the patio with gas grill below. Enjoy local wildlife in our private yard.
We provide everything you need, right down to spices, coolers, and a coffee bean grinder. This is a great rental for family reunions, weddings, or just getting together with family and friends.
Durango makes a great home base from which to visit numerous area sites, and to enjoy the great outdoors. We are in the beautiful Animas Valley with hiking, biking, horeback riding, rodeos, hot springs, snowmobiling, and skiing just minutes from your doorstep.

Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation 30 days out will result in $200.00 security deposit forfeiture. Cancellation with-in 30 days will be refunded for any rebooked dates less deposit. If not re-booked, 1/2 of rental amount will be forfeited.
Deposits
$200 security deposit to hold rental and act as damage deposit. Security deposit is refunded upon return of keys providing the unit is left in good condition.
