We believe that our Puerto Vallarta Apartments are in the perfect location. We are close enough to the beach and the main section of town to be there in minutes, but far enough away to let you relax or sleep without loud music and horns keeping you awake. * Renters staying for 8 to 13 days will receive a daily rate based on the weekly rate divided by 7 for each additional day.
* Renters staying for 14 to 30 days will pay no more than the monthly rate as a total.
* Rental contracts for 6 or more months require first, last and 1 month security deposit.
* Once we are able to verify availability, confirmation of your reservation will require a $100 credit card or paypal Deposit (non-refundable if you fail to show up), which will be used as a security deposit (refunded in cash after your stay).

You can catch the bus to the historic central section of Puerto Vallarta from the southwest corner of our Puerto Vallarta apartments. (It's the R-02 Ramblases bus -- if it also says ""Centro", that's the one that will take you straight to town and the one to catch on your way back -- 4 pesos each way).
