Sunriver Getaway - Beautiful home near the Cardinal Landing Bridge. A perfect get away for your family and friends. We offer 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, on a quiet cul de sac. We are steps from the Deschutes River and the Deschutes National Forest. Centrally located near Circle 5 there is easy access to all of the fabulous activities and amenities that Sunriver has to offer. The house has bedrooms on 2 floors making it perfect for adults on one and children on the other. The 2 master bedrooms are located on the third floor. One is very large with a king size bed, the second has a queen size bed. The 2nd floor also has 2 bedrooms; one has 2 twin beds and one set of bunk beds, the other has one set of bunk beds and a queen size bed. There is a bathroom on both the second and third floors. In addition, there is a comfortable loft; also located on the second floor. The loft has a futon, TV, DVD player and VCR. The living room is spacious with a new wood stove, TV, DVD, & VCR.

Deschutes County boasts 300+ days of sunshine per year! There are activities for everyone. In the winter enjoy: Downhill skiing and snow boarding at Mt. Bachelor, a quick 20 minute drive Cross Country skiing, snow showing, ice skating and much, much more. In the summer here is a short list of what you can do: Championship golf courses, swimming, hiking, white water rafting, horseback riding, rock climbing, fishing, bicycle riding (35 miles of paths in the Sunriver Village alone), and boating. Also, don't forget the Village Mall and the Country Store. Local attractions include: High Desert Museum, Benham Falls, Lava Caves, Lava Butte, Downtown Historic Bend, Mt. Bachelor,Smith Rock and too many more to list!
