Located within walking distance of "downtown Key Largo" our small, private marina offers a lovely beach with palm trees, hammocks, picnic tables, canoes, paddleboat, and much more. The houseboat is safely docked at a slip immediately adjacent to the beach and fishing jetty. The engine and propulsion systems have been removed making this a secure, floating cottage on the water. So, even if you are unfamiliar with boats, this one will make you feel right at home!
