Seclusion and privacy, but not isolation is offered by our charmingly restored, well insulated, central heated, stone built house set in the Dordogne countryside at the border of the Périgord Vert and the Périgord Blanc, surrounded by woods, meadows, birds and also some deer's.
With the nearest neighbours just a few minutes away. The garden is not enclosed but presents no threat to children and provides a feeling of space and freedom as you wander around with no restrictions.
The large private swimming pool of 32 by 16 feet has been fenced in tastefully. The ground floor has an open plan living/dining area with a huge fireplace with woodburner and fully equipped kitchen. Steps lead down from the kitchen to a cobbled floor dining room with french windows opening onto the garden. The bathroom with a tub, a toilet and a washbasin is also located on the ground floor. A spiral stone stairway in the living room provides access to one triple and two double bedrooms. The third double bedroom is located at the left side of the house, accessible from the dining room, providing comfortable sleeping capacity for nine, plus a cot. Pets are allowed. Together with other houses within a mile we can provide accommodation up to 34 adults. (upon availability)

Lake and river swimming and fishing area also to be found on the doorstep as are equestrian centres, tennis, golf, horse-riding and even a buffalo ranch.
