Cozy cottage, close to the lake! This cottage is nicely decorated with cute and comfortable furnishings. The bright colors and large windows add sunshine through out. Extras include a front deck, back porch. A short walk to Red Arrow Road House and the Whistle Stop, for Gourmet food and beverages. Located in Union Pier, just off of Lake Shore, about ½ block to the beach! *Sunshine Cove is the left 1/2 of this duplex.

Deposit 50%, *3-night minimum on Holiday Weekends, billed at weekend rates. Check in is 4PM EST; check out is 10AM EST during the summer. Off-Season varies. Please call a few days prior to your arrival to make arrangements to pick up keys. We will make special arrangements for late arrivals. Remember we are one hour ahead of Chicago Time, So please plan accordingly.

We provide you with a "starter set" of two rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom, two rolls of paper towels, two garbage bags and some basic cleaning supplies. Linens such as sheets and towels are provided based on the number of beds.
