Hello, and thank you for visiting my two wonderful 4 Bedroom Park City rentals available for Holidays, Sundance, & Winter Vacation Rentals. My guests love the two places which are so conveniently located and offer all the comforts you will need for your winter vacation. If something is not there, and it belongs in a winter vacation rental, I will run to the store and pick it up.
TRIVIA: the SNOWGROTTO HOME was seen daily by millions of TV viewers during the 2002 Winter Games, and more recently on HBO's Entourage 'Sundance' episode.
The SNOWGROTTO HOME:
A short 2.5 minute leg stretch to the top of Historic Main St, the 1600 square foot Snowgrotto gazes directly down Main St & Old Town, with mountain vistas as far as the eye can see.
Snowgrotto location, Distance to Resorts & Supermarket:
From the top of Main, walk or take the FREE TROLLEY and be on Town Lift in minutes, or connect to other free resort transportation …Deer Valley ...5 minutes, or the Canyons ... 12 minutes. By car be at the Park City Mountain Resort...3 minutes, Deer Valley...4 minutes, or the Canyons...10 minutes, or at the supermarket in only 5 minutes.

The 4 Bedroom Snowgrotto Home sleeps 10, and groups of 8 are ideal w/ 2 full baths. Private outdoor Hot Tub, ample parking, full kitchen, dining area, log beds & more bring rustic charm to your winter vacation.
Upstairs: Master Bedroom (log King); Bay Room (log Queen), Moon Room (2 twins); Downstairs: Sun Room (full) Bedding can be configured to your needs if we can, including an air mattress for the living area.
BONANZA FLATS TOWNHOME
(4 Bedroom + Attic Loft/ sleeps 4-12, 2.5 bath),
A spacious 1750 square foot condo on quiet Woodside Ave with views of the Ski Slopes, just steps to the Park City Mountain Resort. (1475 Park Ave.#1 is the address for private 6 unit Bonanza Flats, my unit #1 is on Woodside with great sun & views)
From Bonanza Flats condo walk to PC Mountain Ski Lifts in 7 minutes, or take the quick 'n easy... walk under a minute to catch the FREE SHUTTLE, arrive in 3-4 minutes at the Town Lift or lower Main(Old Town), or catch a free ride to other Resorts in minutes. By car, be at the Park City Mountain Resort in 1 minute, Deer Valley in 7 minutes, or the Canyons in 9 minutes, or the supermarket in only 2 minutes.
The large jetted Hot Tub is only 25 feet from the front door (a low use common spa for our small 6 unit complex), Private Parking & garage space, super views of the Slopes, full kitchen, sizeable dining area table seat up to 8 (plus 2 can sit at bar), gas log fireplace, leather sofa, futon sofa, comfortable beds & more add charm to your winter vacation.
Warm & rustic mountain decor, Upstairs: Master Bedroom (Queen); Night Sky Room (Queen), Wolf Room (2 twins); Downstairs: Polar Bear Room (queen + twin). Living area (queen futon sleeper). Loft (please call for arrangements) Bedding can be configured to your needs including an air mattress for the living area.
Both the Snowgrotto & Bonanza feature Rustic decor, fireplace, fully equipped kitchens/ updated appliances, dining area, living area, Hot Tub, laundry, private parking, CD player, cable TV & DVDs in Living & Master Bedroom, internet.

Only 25 minutes to Salt Lake International... Couldn't be any more convenient!
Area: 3 SKI RESORTS & major Olympic Park training facility, activities center within minutes. The future of snow sports & fun is in Park City! The Greatest Snow on Earth! Is it true? It says so on our license plates, so it must be. But it's more than just a slogan. Utah/Park City is classified as a "Mountain/Dessert" climate. This mean very low humidity, which translates to large flake snow flakes that are so light and fluffy they squeak under your feet. Great runs in the powder - Swoosh!
