Two rooms with queen beds, one dormitory with three double beds.
Pool table with another lounge corner, including a divan bed.
Two complete bathrooms.
On the first floor, a wide lounge with a stone fireplace, a vast dining-room that can accommodate 10 to 12 guests, an all-equipped kitchen similar to the Grand-Duc’s, including a dishwasher, micro-wave oven, dishes and cooking ware, etc. A laundry room complete with washer and dryer, central vacuum.
Satellite TV, CD player, VCR, gas BBQ, charcoal BBQ.
Bedding and towel plus firewood.
Wide veranda with a patio set and a special place for a campfire.
The cottage is located just by the Batiskan, right in front of the little Lac Héron, ideal for fishing and swimming.

All our rental units are non-smoking. If you smoke inside the unit, you will be charged 200 $ for ionization an extra cleaning.
Prices are in canadian currency, plus taxes .
Cats and dogs are tolerated, on a leash or attached outside. If they are house-trained and inside, you will be held responsible for any damages caused by the animal . We need a 75 $ deposit by animal, you will be refunded if there is no damages found one week after your departure.
A $15.00 daily extra charge applies for each animal with a maximum of two animals by cottage.
Please notify at the time of reservation.
A refundable deposit of 200 $, this amount will be refunded if the cottage is clean with nothing missing.
