Deposit and Cancellation
- A 25% deposit is required for all reservations. Payment for stay is due upon arrival. - There is a $50 administrative fee on all cancellations made 48 hours after initial booking. - Cancellations with less than 14 days advance notice are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the total room charge. -No shows will be charged at least the first nights stay. If necessary, the entire stay will be charged.
Pet Policy
Pets are welcome at a $75 fee for one week or less. If staying for more than week, the charge is $150. Management must approve of pets. Please mention about your pet when booking your reservation.
Minimum Night Stay Requirements
During our busy winter season we have the following weekly stay requirements: February - 2 week minimum, March and April - 1 week minimum. During the remaining months a majority of our units are weekly minimums, however, we do offer nightly rental in select units. Guests should also expect stay requirements during Holiday weekends as well as special events.
Privacy Policy
So that you may fully enjoy your island vacation we do not offer daily housekeeping. Guest may request daily housekeeping for an additional fee. Linens are provided for accommodations. But please bring your own beach towels.
