Views and convenience: Asheville Mountain Vista is located just off scenic Town Mountain Road, a convenient 3 miles to the heart of vivacious downtown Asheville. Three miles in the other direction on scenic NC-694 puts you right on the Blue Ridge Parkway.
Home has 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, Cable TV, Washer/Dryer and full kitchen amenities. This open-post beam home will house 10 guests easily. Ample decking around the home on two levels, outdoor rock patio and fireplace (wood provided), three-sided carport, provide the visitor with a breathtaking setting for added outdoor enjoyment and outdoor living space.

STANDARD RATES: $395 nightly, $315/nightly with 7 night stay or longer ($2,205 weekly) .
$365 nightly, $285/nightly with 7 night stay or longer ($1995 weekly) - "Inbetween Seasons".
Standard Rates begin on Friday before Memorial Day & go through Labor Day Monday - 5 night min stay req,
Fall Season - first Friday in October through first Saturday night in November - 4 night min stay req, and
Holiday Weeks of Thanksgiving & first Friday before Christmas Day through first Saturday after New Years Day - 7 night min stay req.
"In-between Seasons" are January through May, September, November & December, except for Holiday Weeks as noted above, 3 night min stay req. Check for additional specials January through March
Other Fees & Taxes:
Add 6.75% tax to all Rental Rate totals. If paying by check or cash, an additional $250 security deposit is collected in advance; if paying by credit card (we take MC or Visa), the card number is held on file in lieu of any actual security payment. We require all rental reservations to accept our Rental Agreement which may all be done online (click the underlined link to review our Rental Agreement).
Pets are accepted at all of our properties for a fee of $15 per pet per day or $75 per pet per stay, whichever is less. Taxes are not added to pet fees. We do expect all pet owners to abide by our Pet Stay Agreement. The Pet Fee is a privilidge fee, not a damage or cleaning fee.
Check-in is at 4:00 pm. Check-out is 11:00 am
