Nestled inside Acadia National Park - two bedrooms, queen size beds, plus a loft double bed. Wall to wall carpet, AC and heat, 100% Cotton sheets, down comforters, pristine well water, washer & dryer. All linens are provided. Free large screen satellite TV, VCR, CD player, DVD, and gas BBQ. Full modern kitchen with microwave and coffee maker. Cribs, playpens and high chairs are availble at no charge. The new large tree-top deck is completely private, with a lots of room for an outdoor party. Pets stay free!
The Carriage House is available from May to the end of October. Hike Acadia National Park with your dogs! We are on 7 privately owned forested acres and are surrounded completely by Acadia National Park, and only 3 miles from downtown Bar Harbor. The hiking & biking trails through the National Park begin right at the bottom of our driveway. You can walk to Eagle Lake from the Ryan Carriage House.
We have a definite no smoking policy.

Relax on a new, large private deck -tree-top high. Skylight in the living room.. All linens, soap and laundry soap are provided. We have a pure well providing you with delicious water.
Washer & dryer are footsteps away. Park trails begin at the end of our driveway.
