SUMMER SCHEDULE 2007 DATES
PRE-SEASON: APRIL 1ST - MAY 25TH
IN-SEASON: MAY 25TH - SEPT 6TH
POST SEASON: SEPT 6TH - OCT 17TH
WINTER SEASON: OCT 17TH - APRIL 14TH
IN-SEASON SUMMER RENTAL EXPENSES
$1,500 per night (Three night minimum)
$10,000 per week for groups or families
$15,000 per week for Memorial Day, 4th of July & Labor Day
A $4,000 refundable security deposit will also be required.
Winter Rates 2006-2007:
$1,200/ night - 2 night minimum
$5,000/week
All rentals include weekly pool service
All rentals include all utilities
All rentals include weekly maid service
All rentals offer fully equipped kitchen
All rentals DO NOT include Phone service
COSTS FOR MID-WEEK RENTALS (Monday - Friday)
$1,500 per night (Three night minimum)
$5,000 per week for Groups or families up to 6 people
$7,500 per week for groups or Families larger than 6
For groups over 25 people an additional $5,000 refundable security deposit will also be required.

Check out: 12:00PM Noon Friday
Private Parties:
$300 PER PERSON DEPENDING ON GROUP SIZE
GROUPS OVER 25 REQUIRE A REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $5,000. ADDITIONALLY, AN ON-SITE SECURITY GUARD(S) WILL BE POSTED OUTSIDE THE PROPERTY FOR THE PROTECTION OF ALL.
SIGNED LEASES ARE REQUIRED IN ADVANCE OF THE EVENT ADDITIONAL LIABILITY INSURANCE MAY ALSO BE IN REQUIRED BASED ON GROUP SIZE.
NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE TO ANY OF THE ABOVE.
General House Guildines
The house is delivered in "showroom" condition so please treat it as if it was your own.
Reasonable wear & tear is expected, but any real damage will be the responsibility of the Leasee.
The house need not be returned emaculate, but please try to be reasonably clean
Entertaining is a great summer escape and the house is definitly built for it, but try no to rock the block with parties that are "out of control". The police will undoubtably be called by someone, show up and that will be that..
The idea is to have a fun & relaxing time so enjoy!

The property sits on 2.5 acres of well maintained land situated in a private wooded area and as you can see is a self contained oasis offering something for everyone. From the 10 person jacuzzi to the sand filled volly ball court, there will be no reason to leave!
All rentals include weekly maid, pool and landscaping services so you don't have to worry about a thing. Just sit back, play a round of tennis or cool off with a dip in the pool, but whatever you do, don't worry about a thing! Its summer....relax!
