Welcome to Cobtree, a Pet Friendly, Children Friendly, development of English Style Vacation Rental Cottages and log homes or " Real Homes" surrounded by 57 acres of farmland overlooking the Western Shores of Seneca Lake and with views over open fields to the South and East as well as 18 acres of woodland to the North. Sunrises and Sunsets can also be spectacular at Cobtree!
The woodlands at Cobtree offer a number of walking trails accessible throughout the year. In winter they are ideal for guests who bring their own skis for cross country skiing. Each of the log homes at Cobtree are named after one of the Finger Lakes and have over 869 sq ft of living area, are fully equipped together with a washing machine, Tumble drier, free U.S and Canada wide digital telephone service and Cable Television . Our rates also include linen, sheets and towels and there are no additional cleaning fees payable on departure.
Book a wine tour with one of the local wine tour operators, dine out at one of the many nearby quality restaurants, visit the casino or Finger Lakes Race Track, take a trip to Niagara Falls or simply relax in a peaceful tranquil setting, the choices are limited only by your own energy and desires! Enjoy a longer vacation or just a short break at one of our Cottages and you will experience the Truly Home Away From Home Deluxe Accommodation offered at Cobtree - The Finger Lakes Experience!

Note: The property is available for a minimum stay as indicated on our online reservation system. Unlike most other rental properties in the region, we allow weekly reservations to start on any day of the week. However, the weekly rate is dependent on which day of the week you wish to arrive and depart on. The cheapest weekly rate is for arrival and departure on a Saturday. The higher weekly rates apply for weekly stays arriving on any other day of the week because it is very difficult for us to harmonize and sell the availability of accommodation either side of a reservation that does not start and end on a Saturday. Check in time is after 3pm on the day of arrival and check out time is before 11 am on the date of departure.

Hemlock Log Cabin is truly a home away from home that provides intimate but flexible enough accommodation for a couple, two couples sharing or small family. These homes are both pet and child friendly. It is an ideal place for a getaway, honeymoon, romantic break or to spend a family vacation in the Finger Lakes. For those who enjoy cycling the mainly flat roads around the lakes provide easy to ride, scenic routes to travel.
