alternatively a $1500 security deposit on arrival is
required
Pillows, mattress covers, blankets &
coverlets/bedspreads provided.
Linens and Towels can be provided at additional cost of
$20 person
Pet fee $50 per pet ( if applicable)
Water Craft:
Resort Property Rentals and its owners do not accept
any liability for damage when using docks, moorings,
boat hoists on any property . Any damage will be sole
responsibility of the Renter. Please advise us if you
intend to bring any watercraft and we can advise you of
suitability to the property
